Pickup dates are dependent on each auction's particular end date. The invoice that is emailed to you after the auction ends includes the pickup instructions specific to that auction. Please bring your Invoice number with you to claim your items at our warehouse.
Pickup Procedure
- Please go to the Loading Door when you arrive at the warehouse to obtain your items. ALL ORDERS AND ALL ITEMS IN ORDERS need to be picked up at once.
No Loading Assistance
- Pickup is DIY. Please come prepared with the appropriate manpower, vehicles, and strapping supplies to pick up your order.
Scheduled Pickups

We offer scheduled pickups to all customers. This is the fastest way to pick up your items, and only requires a 10-15 minute time slot. Skip the line and schedule your pick up today.

How to: You can access the link to schedule your pickup appointment in your invoice email or on the invoice page. Please note that pickup slots are limited. If you do not see an appointment time available, you can always visit our warehouse during walk-in hours prior to your final pickup date.
Walk-In Pickups
- Walk-in pickup days are limited. Please check your Invoice for your pickup dates. Any items not picked up by the final pickup date will be refunded, less a 25% restocking fee, and placed back in auction.
Below is the walk-in pickup schedule. Note that this schedule is subject to change, and you should always reference your invoice for the most updated information:
Austin Warehouse:

- Walk-In Pickup days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday - 1 pm to 6:30 pm, Saturdays & Sundays - 10 am to 5 pm
San Antonio Warehouse:
- Address: 17745 Lookout Rd, Building 1 Unit 120, Schertz, TX 78154, United States
- No walk-in pickups offered. All pickups need to be scheduled via the link in your auction invoice.
San Diego Warehouse:
- Address: 8535 Production Ave, San Diego, CA 92121, United States
- Walk-In Pickup days: Tuesdays - 1 pm to 5 pm, Saturdays - 10 am to 5 pm, and Sundays - 10 am to 3 pm
Final Pickup Dates
- Final pickup date is listed on your invoice. Final pickup date applies to both walk-in pickups and scheduled appointments.
- Please notify us at your earliest convenience if you need to obtain your item beyond this date.
- Any item not picked up by the Final Pickup Date will be refunded, less a 25% restocking fee, and placed back in auction.
