If you feel that you purchased an item that was misrepresented, you can refuse the item and contact us by submitting a request via our Ticket Form Link provided above or by sending an email to support@loveseat.com.
REMINDER: Refusing an item at the warehouse DOES NOT guarantee the item will be refunded, but we will have our Warehouse Team inspect the item to validate your request for a refund.
