All items must be removed by the Final Pickup Date stated in the auction Terms & Conditions or your Auction Invoice.
If we do not receive an email from you requesting an extension before the Final Pickup Date, your items will be forfeited and placed back in the auction without a refund back to your card on file.
Also, you can contact us by submitting a request HERE or you can email us at support@loveseat.com if you would like to reconsign your items back to the auction.
This means you will receive 60% of the proceeds once the customer who purchases the item/s pays their invoice in full.
IMPORTANT: You will need to complete our ID Verification process successfully in order to proceed with reconsigning your items if you have an order in ID HOLD status.
