All items are sold “as is” and all sales are final. We may issue a refund in cases of material errors in the item description, as determined by Loveseat in its absolute and sole discretion. Any refund requests for such errors must be made at the time of pickup by speaking with a warehouse manager. Any items taken off of the Loveseat premises will not receive a refund. As such, we encourage you to thoroughly inspect all items* at pickup.
*The only exception is Electronics. Loveseat will not provide power outlets to test Electronics at pickup.
The following items will not be issued a refund under any circumstances:
- Items listed as: Used, Minor Wear & Tear, Damaged, Partial; Assorted Lots; Items <= $10
- Refund requests due to wrong color or size when color or size is listed as: unknown

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- Credit card chargebacks will result in a lifetime ban from our platform.
- Loveseat does not test for working condition of items.
- Refunds will not be provided for any 3rd party delivery services or transportation costs, and Loveseat will not be responsible for transporting items back to the warehouse under any circumstance since these variables are outside our control.
