If we don’t receive a payment by the deadline stated on your Auction Invoice, your account will be permanently disabled from use on Loveseat.com and we will distribute your items to other bidders.
Please make sure to contact our Customer Experience Team HERE or by sending an email to support@loveseat.com before the deadline if you receive an email or text message stating your invoice is UNPAID.
NOTE: If your debit card or credit card is used to make the payment, and the purchase is not accepted for any reason, please be aware that most banks will hold the funds in a “PENDING TRANSACTION” even if your order was rejected by our security measures.
