You can contact us by submitting an Item Inquiry Request if you need clarification on an item before the auction closes.
Items Under $500
We're unable to provide this service for items under $500.00 retail value due to the high number of items processed in our auctions on a weekly basis. Please bid on these items at your own risk.
Response Time
You must contact us at least 2 to 3 business days before the auction closes to provide our Warehouse Team with enough time to properly inspect the item.
Instructions
1. Use the following link to access our Ticket Form: https://loveseat.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
2. Click on Item Inquiry from the drop down list.
3. Enter the email address associated with your Loveseat account.
4. Click on Item Inquiry Request from the drop down list on the Type Of Item Inquiry Request? field.
5. On the Subject field, enter the LOT # you need clarification on.
6. On the Description field, ask any questions you need to be answered about the item. As a reminder, we are unable to test the working condition of our electronic or battery operated items.
7. You can also provide the LOT # of the item on the Lot or Invoice # field.
8. Click on the Location where the item is listed.
9. Click Submit.
10. You're all set! Our Customer Experience Team will reply back to your request within 2 business days.
