Please contact us directly by submitting a request HERE or by sending an email to support@loveseat.com if you do not see your item on your Consignor Dashboard within 7 business days of dropping off your items.
Be sure to include the warehouse location the item was dropped off at, the name of the piece, and any photos you have on file to prevent delays.
NOTE: Be sure to complete your Consignor Agreement before your scheduled drop off appointment since this can also cause delays.
