How Do I Upload My Photos To Digitally Verify My ID?

We now require all customers who haven't successfully completed our former verification requirements to enable 3rd Party Pickups on their accounts.

This process adds an additional layer of security from potential fraudulent activity and ensures the account holder's items are not removed from our warehouses without the customer's approval.

NOTE: Our Warehouse Team CANNOT RELEASE your order unless this process is completed, even if you choose to pick up your order directly. 

No exceptions can be made for our ID Verification requirements. 

Steps To Manually Upload The Requested Photos

1. Click on Get Started or Complete On Mobile Device to proceed to the next step.

2. Select How To Verify Your ID by clicking on Upload A File and then hit Next:

3. Select Identification Type (Driver’s License, Identity Card, or Passport) and click Next.

4. Click Accept and Continue to proceed.

5. Click Continue to proceed in selecting your Front Of Photo ID.

6. Choose the Front Of Your ID Document by clicking on Choose File.

7. Choose the Back Of Your ID Document by clicking on Choose File.

8. Click Continue To Verify with a selfie. This step will require you to take a photo with your mobile device, laptop, or desktop to proceed. 

9. Verify your identity using your face. Make sure to position your face in the center of the frame and do not attempt to alter the photo.

10. And you're all set!
